CUPCAKES CLASS ON 20TH JUN '09

Actually I wanted to do this a long time ago but no chance. Finally yesterday i went to cupcakes class in Pasir Gudang Johor. I was so excited. This class I founded from the internet. Her blog is Sweetlillykitchen and owns by Nina. She is very good and kind. Class start at 12pm till 5pm. In this class only have 2 students me and Kak Nazira (Good buddies). Kak Nina give so many tips what we can and can't do when making a cake. Class is fun and I learn a lot of things about cake.

You know what the class start its late because of me. I was stuck at JB checkpoint for about 2 hrs. Very stressful.

In the class we make 'Moist Chocolate Cake" with buttercream icing and sugarpaste/fondant. What's difficult to make is a rose flower with icing and sugarpaste topping. Very challenging and stressful. Looks easy but difficult. Maybe I'll join again the class soon.
